Do you have experience shooting in various lighting conditions?
Absolutely yes! We are accustomed to working in many different lighting situations. We have the technology to work in dark reception halls, illuminate a badly lit room, or simply capture the ambiance of even a candlelit ceremony. Since everyone on our team is trained in production and travels with a range of 'just in case' equipment we can work in almost any environment.
How many events do you work in a single day?
It's important to us that we only work one event per day, even if one event is short and ends early. We need to clean and prepare all the equipment before each event which wouldn't be possible otherwise. Additionally we prepare for the unexpected, including needing to get somewhere earlier than expected or staying late to get those must have shots.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day of?
We are not a company that shows up with 1 shoulder camera bag. Even for photography only events we still travel with multiple cameras, a range of lenses, lighting equipment, chargers, transmitters, and a myriad of accessories to be sure we're well prepared. We work with all top of the line professional equipment such as multiple Canon bodies, L-series lenses, stabilizers, instant printers, audio recorders, dollies, etc. It's typical that our clients reaction is that they feel like they hired a Hollywood production company, because that's very close to what we are.
Do you charge by the hour or full day?
We only shoot one event per day so our costs are for a full day. If you have a smaller event contact us. It's common that we will take on shorter, or less complicated events, for a reduced rate if we happen to have nothing else scheduled for a low demand date.
Do you charge for travel?
We don't typically charge for travel within about 50 miles of our studio. For events that are far away we'll charge a small fee for fuel. Any event that requires overnight or flight accommodations are paid for by the client directly to the hotel and airline.
How soon after an event are proofs ready?
Digital proofs are uploaded to our photo sharing website between 1-3 months after the event. We follow a 1st in 1st out workflow for processing event footage. Rush processing is possible if we are aware of this during the consultation.
Do you provide all the photography digital negatives with print release?
Every wedding package includes all high resolution, non watermarked, digital negatives of your wedding images and comes with a print release.
Will images be available online?
